Tonight we had a finger nail polish huffer. The guys face was dotted with paint. His clothes had little speckles of every color nail polish you could think of. He said he went through 25 bottles of it a day. He would paint his nails, huff it then take it off and repeat. His finger tips were red and raw and his cuticles were coated in various color layers. He was a crazy crazy man and he asked me if I thought he was a vegetable. I told him he looked like a person to me.
