Boat Float & Oceans

Wow, what a day! First lets talk about the night. Fireworks are huge here in India. Every festival is marked with an unbelievable amount of blasts. Last night was a festival. It is what I think being under siege must sound like. For some reason 4am marked a particularly important part of the festival and it was blasting non stop. Then there is the train. It runs by the place here. All night. Oh and the prayers on loud speaker! They run from 6am to 10pm. Even though we are in a rural part of India, it's loud. It's louder then the city.
Breakfast was great! A pleasant change up. We arranged to go out on the boat for 3 hours at 11am and tour the back waters of the area. It was awesome! It's was peaceful and serene. The days Hindu prayers narrating incoherently. Lee did great. He napped at first then played on the floor of the boat. It was a beautiful 3 hours. Lunch after was phenomenal! Thali on a banana leaf. So, so tasty! The owner asked us if we'd like to go to the beach in the afternoon and we said yes. Before we knew it we were enjoying the sunset on the Arabian Sea. It was spectacular! The water was so warm, the sand was so soft like flour and the sunset was beautiful!
Then back for dinner, fresh caught shrimp. Mmmmm!
PS Happy Birthday Mama & Aavi!!
